Reconciliation Clerk - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the clients team as a Reconciliation Specialist. You will be an integral part of the Accounts Receivable team responsible for processing and reconciling sales and cash transactions as well as invoicing and cash application.

In Short

• Reconcile Merchant Providers statements to banking and NetSuite data.
• Assist with verification orders utilizing fraud protection features.
• Monitor daily activities of sales orders, credit memos, and return authorizations.
• Process and issue refunds/credits, create refunds report.
• Reconcile order status across eCommerce platforms and NetSuite.
• Reconcile sales tax discrepancies.
• Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
• Work night shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma, Associates degree preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to accurately enter and access information.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
