Overview

To provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

In Short

  • Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system
  • Process recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, responses to candidates
  • Complete recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process
  • Manage Annual Leave and maintain the holiday booking system (Absentify)
  • Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date with changing legislation
  • Provide information about monthly payroll changes/actions to the payroll provider
  • Support offboarding and exit processes
  • Answer employee questions on policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support/advice to the Leadership Team
  • Support other projects, e.g., Quality standards accreditation

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
  • Ideally at least 3 years HR experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
