Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth efforts across our website and various online marketplaces.

• Own and execute full-funnel marketing strategy.
• Understand customer personas and buying behaviors.
• Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) to lifetime value (LTV).

• Manage paid media campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C & DTC ecommerce marketing.
• Proven ability to create high-converting marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of customer personas and trust drivers.
• Experience with CAC to LTV modeling.
• Familiarity with major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Must work East Coast business hours.
