Overview

The Contracts Coordinator I is responsible for supporting the coordination of contract programs and service maintenance agreements, focusing on accurate data entry and timely processing of contracts to ensure excellent client service.

In Short

  • Set up and maintain copier, MPS, and Production Print contracts.
  • Process contract-related transactions including billing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Assist customers with billing questions and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support Sales Representatives with contract details and usage information.
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure data accuracy in contract and billing information.
  • Attend company and departmental meetings.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for administrative processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • An associate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in contracts or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and error correction skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
