Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled Network Operation Center T3 professional to take on a pivotal role in our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting within a Tier 3 support capacity. As a T3, you will be responsible for leading complex technical issues to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing mentorship to junior staff. In Short

  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex network issues escalated from T1 and T2 support, ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Analyze network performance metrics and trends to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement network solutions that enhance overall network performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for the NOC support team, providing real-time guidance and support during critical incidents.
  • Implement and enforce network policies to ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and present findings to management with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Network Operations Center.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior NOC staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in network monitoring and incident response.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a Tier 3 support capacity.
  • Ability to analyze network performance metrics.
