Boost Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Boost Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll support internal promotional campaigns by preparing high-quality templates that include captions, images, and tracking links. You’ll play a key role in ensuring ads are scheduled accurately and consistently, helping drive brand visibility and campaign success.

In Short

• Prepare and set up campaign templates with accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with Leads Specialists to confirm group accuracy
• Coordinate with the Leads team to support timely campaign scheduling
• Ensure captions, images, and tracking links align with branding and strategy
• Follow established processes and quality standards
• Implement strategic changes quickly and effectively
• Conduct verification checks to ensure campaign compliance
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned
