Benefits Implementation Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Benefits Implementation Coordinator (BIC) will establish the specific workflows needed to successfully move a new client onto the PuzzleHR Managed Benefits service. The BIC demonstrates a dedicated focus on client success, collaborating with stakeholders to align and support process requirements, project deliverables and key milestones. The Benefits Implementation Coordinator will establish immediate rapport, quickly understanding the client needs, while driving the implementation forward.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact throughout the client implementation process.
• Establish strong working relationships with clients.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the PuzzleHR Managed Benefits service.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the full PuzzleHR Managed Benefits service.
• Provide expertise on establishing deliverables for multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project status in project management software.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients’ brokers.
• Successfully transition clients to ongoing Benefits Coordinator resources.
