Overview

The Performance Specialist Lead will develop rigorous measurement and optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance with a particular focus on our new email and data products. This role requires deep platform expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad-tech or mar-tech.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Talent for conveying complex topics in easily understood language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Energized by problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven track record of working across organizational boundaries.
• Insatiable curiosity for how things work.
• Email marketing experience is highly preferred.
