People Operations Intern (Spring/Summer 2025) - Remote

In Short

• Perform accurate and timely manual data entry across multiple internal HR systems.
• Organize and maintain confidential employee files and records (I9 verifications, onboarding, etc.).
• Support the People & Culture team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist with data validation and auditing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Help streamline internal people data entry workflows and suggest improvements where possible.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Sheets/Excel).
