Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analytics Partner collaborates with operations leaders to manage analytic solutions that drive business impact and enhance user experience through data analysis and visualization.

In Short

• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop analytics solutions.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in assigned focus areas.
• Develops dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Maintains code across multiple data platforms.
• Ensures data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
• Participates in user acceptance testing.
• Supports continuous improvement in analytics methodologies.
• Manages work in sprints or via Kanban.
• Maintains Epic certification as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in analytics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job.
