Overview

The Associate Online Personal Stylist at SSENSE is responsible for providing a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience, supporting the Personal Shopping team and engaging with high-value customers.

In Short

• Support the Personal Shopping team and act as a point of contact.
• Assist with client returns and rush orders.
• Help with in-person fitting sessions and product pulls.
• Compile personalized recommendations based on customer profiles.
• Prepare product decks and style edits for exclusive capsules.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Styling experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Fluency in Korean is a strong asset.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify customer personality and style quickly.
