Overview

The Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding them through their banking needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent required within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
