Overview

The Buying Coordinator - Menswear will support the menswear buying team at SSENSE, ensuring efficient operations and communication within a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Support buyers and assistant buyers in daily tasks.
• Manage purchase orders and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain communication between departments.
• Produce weekly sales reports for the Men's Department.
• Collaborate with merchandise planning for performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fashion and retail.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; French required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
