Overview

The Associate Online Personal Stylist is responsible for supporting the Personal Shopping team to provide a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience, assisting with client requests and product information.

In Short

• Support the Personal Shopping team and act as a point of contact.
• Assist with client returns and rush orders.
• Help with in-person fitting sessions and consignment orders.
• Compile personalized recommendations based on customer profiles.
• Prepare product decks and style edits for Online Personal Stylists.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Styling experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Fluency in Korean is a strong asset.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify customer personality and style quickly.
