Overview

The Associate Online Personal Stylist is responsible for supporting the Personal Shopping team to provide a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience, answering customer requests and developing relationships with clients.

In Short

• Support the Personal Shopping team and act as a contact point for clients.
• Assist with client returns, rush orders, and inventory management.
• Help with in-person fitting sessions and product pulls.
• Compile personalized recommendations based on customer profiles.
• Prepare product decks and style edits for pre-selling.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Styling experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Korean is a strong asset.
