Deposit Operations Virtual Review Specialist - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Deposit Operations Virtual Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing and correcting mobile and ATM deposited images to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Remote position requiring residence within 50 miles of Winter Haven, FL.
• Review and process 130-160 deposits per day.
• Contribute to the approval of approximately 40,000 deposits monthly.
• Identify and manage fraudulent items and exception cases.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulation CC and Check 21.
• Work Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.
• Assist in cross-training for backup support in other tasks.
• Maintain a secure and distraction-free home office environment.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Engage with team members and customers courteously.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of two years of banking and teller experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable internet connection.
• Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens.
