The Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help build next-generation electronic warfare solutions for the Canadian Market, focusing on innovative applications of science and technology.

In Short

Lead and coordinate the technical delivery for the software development team.
Manage and mentor a team of intermediate and junior developers.
Conduct quarterly appraisals and professional development plans.
Work with experts to elicit software designs.
Contribute to software designs, requirements, and tests.
Develop and integrate software within an agile methodology.
Monitor and report project status.
Support project management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer science or related discipline.
Six (6+) years of experience in software development.
Experience with distributed software systems.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French is an asset.
Must meet export control and security regulations.
