• Manage the SDR tech stack and ensure the adoption of new workflows.
• Implement AI-driven optimizations to enhance SDR productivity.
• Handle reporting and data analysis to provide insights.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales Development for process improvements.
• Onboard and enable SDRs for success in their roles.
• Build and manage dashboards for conversion insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for focus areas.
• Measure account prioritization models for efficacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hand-offs.
• Support a mission-driven environment focused on cybercrime prevention.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Sales/Revenue/Marketing Operations.
• Experience supporting SDR or BDR teams for at least three years.
• Admin experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo, and Orum.
• Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or Demandbase.
• Ability to design and interpret funnel analytics and A/B test results.
• Strong project management skills.
• Clear communication skills to influence stakeholders.
