Patient Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Patient Engagement Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will be responsible for introducing our in-home health services to patients, encouraging them to schedule appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• First point of contact for patients at Sprinter Health.
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer.
• Book an average of 14 appointments each day.
• Educate patients on the importance of in-home health services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient experiences.
• Escalate questions and concerns to other teams as needed.
• Temporary position through Dec 31, 2025.
• Completion bonus provided.
• Start date is October 13, 2025.
• Work remotely from anywhere.

Requirements

• 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience.
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing phone, email, and chat communications.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Experience with Five9 and Zendesk.
• Proficient in using a Mac.
