Overview

As a Temporary Field Support Associate at Sprinter Health, you will provide essential support to mobile phlebotomists and clinicians in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and patient care delivery.

In Short

  • Be the first line of support for Sprinters in the field via Slack, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot real-time operational issues including tech issues and supply hiccups.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, building trust with Sprinters.
  • Escalate issues to Market Operations or Clinical Managers as needed.
  • Track and document field challenges to identify patterns for improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc operational projects and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including mornings or weekends.
