Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Developer at Spring Health, you will design and implement custom solutions to enhance our Salesforce platform, supporting the entire Revenue organization and key stakeholders.

In Short

• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality.
• Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Manage communication and API between Salesforce and other systems.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests and high test coverage.
• Participate in deployment activities, including sandbox management and version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce.
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to peers.
• Follow best practices for Salesforce development and security compliance.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and custom objects.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Admins in a large user environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on system optimization.
• Experience with unit tests and Salesforce code coverage standards.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models.
• Salesforce Admin Certification required; Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
