• Serve as a Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) for NRC regulated customers.
• Role requires onsite presence in Southport, NC at least twice a month.
• Provide psychotherapy to clients with various needs.
• Conduct assessments and treatment recommendations for mandated employees.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with support teams for effective care delivery.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care.
• Manage an online calendar and documentation.
• Work independently with team support.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in North Carolina.
• Completed requirements for Substance Abuse Expert credential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health.
• Knowledge of SAE functions related to public interest.
• Experience in diagnosing and treating substance abuse disorders.
• Training in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR.
• Comfort with safety planning and intervention.
• Commitment to quality clinical care.
• Enjoy working independently with team collaboration.
