Teaching Assistant (TA) for Data Analytics - Remote

Overview

Springboard is launching several new university partnerships this year and thus looking to build out our course talent community to support! We are looking to hire a TA who is an experienced data analytics professional and is passionate about supporting students to learn the content covered in our curriculum.

In Short

• Respond to students within 24 hours.
• Provide high quality responses to student questions and technical/curricular review requests.
• Notify the Springboard team of planned breaks and vacations at least 1 week in advance.
• Knowledgeable about the Data Analytics Curriculum.
• Available to answer subject matter questions and provide feedback/troubleshooting.
• Able to commit around 5 hours per week.
• Empathetic, kind, polite with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient with tools covered in the data analytics curriculum.
• Effective at guiding learners through content and troubleshooting.
• Great at time management and prioritizing during high demand.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with student support channels.
