In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure Learner comprehension.
• Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
• Hold up to six Individual Office Hours via Zoom with Learners.
• Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects.
• Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges.
• Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings.
• Engage actively in all scheduled meetings.
• Experience operating in a fully virtual environment.

Requirements

• Data Analytics professional with leadership and communication skills.
• Empathy, flexibility, and passion for working with diverse learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, Zoom, and Slack.
• Prior teaching experience with adult learners is a plus.
