As a Senior Product Manager at Spring Health, you will lead innovative initiatives for clinical products deployed across the provider network, contributing to improved clinical outcomes and provider experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Background in mental healthcare and population health.
• Experience working with providers as end users.
• Experience with multiple types of healthcare data.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Strong commercial intuition linking business objectives to product features.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias towards rapid execution.
• Self-starter with strong technical knowledge in AI/ML and SaaS.
