The Senior Clinical Manager, SpringWorks will lead and inspire a high-performing team of clinicians, empowering them to deliver exceptional workplace mental health services that make a meaningful impact on employees and organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in EAP.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Proven track record of strategic program delivery.
• Strong communication skills across various channels.
• Experience in evidence-based care modalities.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
