Clinical Program Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Program Specialist for Spring Health, you will assist in coordinating the logistics for training and programming, deliver benefits overviews, ensure quality member experience, assist in data collection and analysis, and assist with meeting with customers to develop training and programming events.

Requirements

• Professional interactions with customers and members.
• Experience in event planning (virtual and in-person).
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Zoom.
• Understanding of data tracking and analysis.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of mental health is a plus.
• Understanding of Adult Learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with SFDC or project management software is a plus.
