• Full-time remote position as an Associate Critical Incident Response (CIR) Care Advocate.
• Coordinate and support workplace crisis responses.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders empathetically.
• Document and manage CIR requests effectively.
• Schedule support resources for crisis events.
• Maintain communication with requesters throughout the process.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Provide peer support to fellow advocates.
• Support various administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Experience in mental health or crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
