• Incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• Analysis of state, federal, and international privacy laws
• Drafting legal notices of data breaches
• Responding to regulatory investigations
• Defending privacy lawsuits
• Drafting privacy and security policies
• Triaging data breaches
• Advising clients on cybersecurity incidents
• Drafting reports for insurance carriers
• Interfacing with clients

Requirements

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Must be admitted to Bar in good standing
• 2+ years legal experience
• 2+ years of experience in data privacy and security
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws
• IT or technical background a plus
• Some litigation experience is a plus
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
