In Short

Document policies and processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls; design business processes and recommend process improvements.
Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals; execute month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Identify problems and recommend solutions to resolve issues including summarizing and communicating recommendations to leadership.
Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis and interpret data to build recommendations that drive action.
Execute tasks and provide team support in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department and team metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business related field with 3 years' experience in accounting/business/finance field preferred.
CPA and public accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP required, SQL experience a plus, skillset in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to analytical tools and ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
