Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the successful sourcing and selling of Spotlio’s solutions within the attraction and ski space. This remote role will focus on actively sourcing and closing deals with theme parks, resorts, ski destinations, and other attraction venues.

In Short

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Relationship Building & Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with executives and stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across multiple departments to promote Spotlio’s value proposition.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct consultations to understand client requirements and develop solutions.
  • Revenue & Profitability Goals: Achieve individual sales revenue targets while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience in the attractions, ski, hospitality, or leisure industries is desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high activity levels.
