Data Scientist II - Platform Developer Experience - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with cross-functional teams of skilled engineers, data scientists, user researchers, designers, and product managers.
• Define metrics, build dashboards and compose reports for developer experience improvements.
• Perform exploratory analysis on internal developer platform interactions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to key partners.
• 4+ years experience in programmatic data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI solutions.
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and/or R.
• Interest in internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Flexibility to work from home with some in-person meetings.
• Located ideally in the UK, Sweden, or other EMEA locations.

• 4+ years work experience with emphasis on data analysis.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new domains.
• Experience applying coding skills to analyze complex data.
• Exposure to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
