Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join either Figma's Core Data Science or Creation Engine Team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of data practitioners and improving data quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant work experience in Analytics, Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar scripting language.
• Experience in distributed data processing systems (e.g., Hive, Redshift, Presto, Snowflake, Spark).
• Firm knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• A self-starting mindset along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
