The Developer Experience Platform Team Lead will be responsible for creating a self-serve, seamless, and secure journey for Engineering, allowing for shorter Speed to Market while managing risk effectively.

  • Maintain a focus on sustainable maintenance and operability of the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Technical knowledge of software and systems.
  • Experience in building developer environments as code.
  • Proficient in GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • Comfortable with various scripting and coding languages.
  • Experience in designing and administering complex cloud environments.
  • AWS or GCP certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Docker and best practices.
  • A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
