Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in science or engineering fields.
• 6+ years (Master’s) or 4+ years (PhD) of industry experience.

• Proficiency in SQL and databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with big data tools like Spark.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade ML solutions preferred.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of ad pacing or bid optimization is ideal.
