• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Build strong pipelines for Customer Support and commercial roles in Brazil and LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team.
