Requirements

• 8+ years in Salesforce engineering roles.
• 4+ years managing a high-performing team.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWCs.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform limitations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to write effective technical documentation.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
