• Join the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit as an Engineering Manager.
• Drive the timely delivery of key lifecycle milestones.
• Own the resolution of engineering challenges aligned with contract requirements.
• Engage approval bodies for compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate across all delivery stakeholders for smooth information flow.
• Establish a clear prioritisation process for handling queries and issues.
• Deliver all engineering outputs on plan through stakeholder collaboration.
• Support risk and opportunity management for engineering scope.
• Manage design interfaces and supplier feedback effectively.
• Assist Quality Management in resolving manufacturing NCRs.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified and Chartered in engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated management systems.
• Deep technical expertise in your discipline.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of PWR/EPR design and construction.
• Well-versed in EU directives and internal standards.
• Solid understanding of CDM Regulations.
