• Lead one of our engineering teams to drive innovation in product development.
• Manage geographically distributed teams and foster collaboration.
• Hire, mentor, and nurture top engineering talent.
• Work with product management to develop and maintain a team roadmap.

• Maintain high product availability and respond to production incidents.
• Represent the team in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Strong design and architecture experience in cloud technologies.
• Experience with high performance, high availability web applications.
• Knowledge of JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
• Experience with Relational and No-SQL databases.
• Exposure to BI and big data technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Insurance Industry is a plus.
