As a Writing Coach at Spines, you will lead our guided author coaching experience, ensuring authors feel empowered and supported throughout their writing journey.

• Guide authors through the coaching program from onboarding to manuscript completion.
• Refine and adapt the coaching process to meet diverse author needs.
• Collaborate on resource development for templates and guidelines.
• Monitor program progress and ensure high-quality coaching delivery.
