  • Keep payment records accurate and up to date.
  • Escalate cases when needed and document all interactions clearly.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer support or finance preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tracking tools and payment systems.
