Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Engineering leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks.
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience with distributed teams and async communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering a world-class user experience.
