Political-Military Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Political-Military Advisor will support NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in enhancing operational capabilities through training and exercises.

In Short

• Produce and deliver political-military documentation.
• Develop political-military storylines and incidents for exercises.
• Role-play interactions between political-military and strategic levels.
• Provide political advice to the HICON cell.
• Assist in training POLAD staffs at strategic and operational levels.
• 3 years of experience in a National or NATO Command.
• Ability to compose and edit collaborative texts in advanced English.
• Familiarity with NATO doctrines and crisis response management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Higher-level University degree or equivalent military education.

Requirements

• 3 years of working experience in a National or NATO Command.
• Experience interacting with senior executives at political-military levels.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Familiarity with NATO’s doctrine and crisis response management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have held rank above OF-3, preferably OF-5.
• Higher-level University degree or equivalent military education.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
