Political-Military Liaison Expert - Remote

Overview

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services. We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise in political situations.
• Act as the focal point for political and diplomatic matters.
• Coordinate operational matters with national and international representatives.
• Make recommendations to the JWC Exercise Control team.
• Demonstrate experience in political decision making.
• Experience in briefing senior leaders in a governance environment.
• Influence national policy making at a strategic level.
• Hold a University/Bachelor's Degree.
• Business English proficiency required.
• Remote work may be requested on an ADHOC basis.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in political decision making at Ministry level.
• 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders.
• 3 years’ experience in influencing national policy.
• Experience as an ambassador or defense attaché in an African country.
• Experience as a NATO representative in the last 10 years.
• A University/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
