Spektrum is looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects, particularly in the context of NATO's operational capabilities.

• Provide subject matter expertise on naval strategy.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience at rank OF4 or higher in a national navy.
• Experience briefing senior leaders in a maritime environment.
• Experience as a Senior Officer in a maritime headquarters.
• Operational planning experience in a maritime context.
• Knowledge of military and commercial maritime interaction.
• University/Bachelor’s Degree or Staff College.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
