Information Exchange Solutions Expert - Remote

Overview

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is seeking an expert in information exchange solutions to support the Digital Standardization and Interoperability (DSI) Branch. The role involves providing technical support and developing data and information exchange solutions for NATO.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expert (SME) services for NATO's DSI Branch.
• Develop and maintain NATO MTF and information exchange solutions.
• Engage with operational communities to define Information Exchange Requirements (IERs).
• Produce Change Proposals and formatted MTFs from COI IERs.
• Keep abreast of technological developments in data exchange solutions.
• Provide expert advice and briefings to senior management.
• Contribute to NATO's data exchange standardization efforts.
• Some travel to NATO sites may be required.
• Must hold a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.

Requirements

• Senior expertise in data modeling, specifically in IER and MTF.
• Expert knowledge of military messaging and NATO specifications.
• Experience in creating and maintaining NATO IERs and MTF messages.
• Experience working in NATO technical and operational committees.
