Overview

The Associate Strategy Specialist at Boeing Saudi Arabia will support the Strategy and Government Relations manager in developing and integrating Boeing's country strategy, building stakeholder relationships, and coordinating local activities.

In Short

  • Support the execution of Boeing's enterprise country strategy.
  • Build relationships with government entities and business partners.
  • Assist in developing university relations and community engagements.
  • Provide analyses and recommendations as needed.
  • Participate in meetings with government and private sector representatives.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the President's office.
  • Identify market opportunities for Boeing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
  • Must have strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in strategy or consulting roles is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in strategy or consulting-related roles.
  • Ability to build relationships with government officials and executives.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
  • Computer literate with basic finance skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi administration.
  • Prior experience in aerospace or management consulting is a plus.
