Overview

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our growth initiatives across digital channels. You will be responsible for finding scalable ways to acquire users, nurture our community, and fuel awareness and adoption of our products. This role requires a balance of experimentation and discipline, an eye for detail, and a passion for metrics-driven marketing in a technical and fast-moving space.

In Short

  • Design and Execute Growth Campaigns: Lead go-to-market campaigns across paid and organic channels (search, social, email, community, content, partnerships).
  • Drive Acquisition & Activation: Own the user funnel — from awareness to conversion — with targeted, data-driven initiatives.
  • Build Systems and Processes: Implement tracking infrastructure, marketing automation, and performance analytics to enable growth at scale.
  • Content That Converts: Collaborate on and contribute to content that not only engages but drives action, with a high bar for quality and clarity.
  • Experiment Relentlessly: Test hypotheses, run A/B tests, explore new channels, and optimize campaigns based on insights and performance data.
  • Work Across Teams: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to align messaging, launch features, and close the feedback loop.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally in a startup or Web3 environment.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing growth funnels in technical or developer-focused products.
  • Strong command of analytics, attribution, and growth metrics — you know how to turn data into decisions.
  • Creative mindset with an experimental approach to testing new ideas and channels.
  • Impeccable attention to detail — you double-check everything and hold others to the same standard.
  • Ability to move fast, work independently, and navigate ambiguity in a high-velocity startup environment.
