As Strategic Publisher Development, your role is to promote Sparteo's growth by establishing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with top-tier web publishers and networks in the Asia region (South Korea, Japan).

Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in publisher development, business development, or sales within AdTech.
Technical knowledge of programmatic advertising solutions.
Strong relationship management skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is required.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.
Solid understanding of the Asia digital publishing landscape.
