• Lead, train, coach, inspire, and mentor individuals using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deliver 4 to 6 prioritized projects annually impacting the company P&L.
• Support Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training across Spartech’s footprint.

• Utilize JDI / Kaizen / DMAIC methodologies.
